Returns & Refunds

Customers have the right to return eligible products within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• The customer must notify us within the 14-day withdrawal period.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personalized or custom-made products.
• Digital products or downloadable content.
• Gift cards.
• Hygiene-sensitive products if the seal has been broken.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
